$2500 = 6 VIP Passes & Premier Advertising.

$1500 = 4 VIP Passes & Advertising Package + logo on PC Fair website

$500 = 2 VIP Passes & Advertising Package

Phillips County Fair Advertising Packages

Advertising Package:

  • Vendor space in Events Center
  • Yard sign and banner displayed on grounds
  • Name announced at events and on radio
  • Mentions on Facebook, newspaper and flyers

Premier Advertising Package:

  • Regular advertising package
  • Razor flag at entrance of grounds
  • Business logo & link on PC Fair website

VIP Pass: Includes one Event Pass to all fair events and one Beer Ticket

Bank of Colorado Pavilion Sponsorship: $300

***You MUST be a Phillips County Fair Sponsor for this ADD-ON*** 

  • 4’ x 8’ banner hung in the pavilion for 1 year. 
  • Sponsorship will run from fair to fair. (sponsor banners will be hung July to July) 
  • Sponsorship adheres to the naming rights contract and policies. This is non-negotiable. 

Livestock Show Live Stream Sponsorship: $150

 ***You MUST be a Phillips County Fair Sponsor for this ADD-ON*** 

  • 3 sponsor slots per show. 6 shows: Horse, Beef, Sheep, Poultry, Goat, Swine. 
  • Jr. Livestock Sale is NOT an available show option. 
  • Rotating logo during show and commercial breaks
  • First Come, First Serve to reserve spots. 

All banners/yard signs will remain property of the Phillips County Fair Board.
